What it is
T-Mobile Arena hosts UFC's numbered pay-per-view cards several times a year plus the biggest boxing nights that come to Nevada. It sits at the end of The Park promenade between New York-New York and Park MGM, five minutes off the Strip, which makes it the easiest big-fight venue in the world to attend — no bridge, no transport plan, walk back to your room.
Seat — tickets
Numbered UFC events and championship boxing here are demand monsters and usually climb into fight week once the card firms up. The exceptions are undercard-heavy shows and cards that have been rebooked after a withdrawal — those soften late. US resale is legal and liquid, so the marketplaces are genuinely competitive; the same seat is routinely 10-20% apart once checkout fees land.
Firm cards climb into fight week. Rebooked or undercard-heavy cards dip late.
Compare before you buy: the same seats are routinely 10-20% apart between marketplaces once checkout fees land. Check all three:
Best for: US events — deepest inventory for Vegas, NFL and arena fights
Fees added at checkout (~20-30%) — compare final price, not listing price
Best for: UK & European events, GBP pricing
Fees added at checkout (~25-30%) — always compare the all-in total
Best for: International sports specialist — often has allocations others don't
Prices shown are closer to all-in; good benchmark for the other two
Stay — where to sleep
Park MGM or New York-New York
You are literally 300 metres from the door. Fight nights end late — being able to walk straight up to your room is worth more than any upgrade.
Aria or Cosmopolitan
10–15 min walk via CityCenter, better pools and rooms, still no transport needed.
Excalibur
Cross the Tropicana bridge and you're there in 12 minutes; rooms often half the price of anything closer.
Go — getting there
- It sits at the end of The Park promenade between New York-New York and Park MGM — a 5-minute walk off the Strip. No bridge, no drama.
- From anywhere on the center Strip you can walk; from downtown or off-Strip, rideshare to the NYNY valet side and walk through.
- Monorail riders: MGM Grand station, then a 15-minute walk via the Strip crossing at Tropicana.
Make a trip of it
Fight nights end late. Staying at Park MGM or New York-New York means the walk home is 300 metres, which is worth more than any room upgrade.
