When is All Points East 2027?
Not confirmed yet. The window above — Late August 2027 — is our expectation based on where this event has landed in previous years, not an announced date.
All Points East runs across two late-August weekends in Victoria Park. Ticombo sold 2026 day tickets against those dates; the 2027 line-up and dates are not yet announced. Confirm before booking.
We’ll email you the day it is official. One message when the date is confirmed, telling you when tickets go on sale and what the room rates did last time. No weekly newsletter, and you can leave in one click.
What it is
Ten days in Victoria Park across two weekends, each day headlined by a different act with its own separate ticket -- closer to a series of one-day festivals sharing a site than a single event. The midweek days between the weekends are free and community-run, which is the part most people outside east London do not know about.
Tickets
Buy by headliner, not by weekend -- each day is sold separately and the prices differ sharply depending on who is on. Because each day stands alone, this is the rare festival where resale is genuinely useful: people buy multiple days and offload the ones they cannot make, so inventory appears steadily in the fortnight beforehand rather than all at once. Official on-sale first, then watch the resale market from about two weeks out.
Unusually, this one softens late. Single days offloaded by multi-day buyers hit the market in the final fortnight, and the non-headline days can go below face.
Compare before you buy: the same seats are routinely 10-20% apart between marketplaces once checkout fees land. Price every one of them, and compare the all-in total at checkout rather than the listing price:
Best for: A global resale marketplace - worth pricing against the bigger two, and often the one still holding seats for European fixtures
Buyer fees are added at checkout, so compare the final total rather than the listing price
Best for: Official event packages pairing a seat with a hotel, strongest on European F1 and tennis
Prices are per package and shown in the local currency; check what the seat category actually includes
| Where you sit | Cheap end | Typical | Top end |
|---|---|---|---|
| Standard day | £65 | £90 | £130 |
| Premium / early entry | £100 | £140 | £200 |
| VIP | £180 | £260 | £400 |
Where to stay
Which part of London you sleep in moves the total more than the seat usually does, and the cheap bed an hour out stops being cheap on the day. The tiers below are what actually works for this building.
Bethnal Green, Hackney or Shoreditch
Walk or one stop to the gates, and the best part of east London for the evenings either side.
Stratford
Big modern hotel stock built for the Olympic park, two stops out, consistently cheaper than Shoreditch.
King's Cross or Liverpool Street
Direct lines in, and you are placed for the rest of London if the festival is one day of a longer trip.
Getting there
- This is the least logistically demanding festival in Britain. Mile End and Bethnal Green on the Central line, Hackney Wick on the Overground, and you walk in. No coach, no campsite, no shuttle.
- Leaving is the only friction: 40,000 people funnel towards the same three stations at the same time. Walk fifteen minutes to a station nobody else is using, or stay in the park until the crush clears.
- Because it is in London, this is the one festival on the list where a day ticket genuinely works -- you can go home and come back.
Make a trip of it
Do not leave by the nearest station. Mile End and Bethnal Green take the whole crowd at once -- walk fifteen minutes to Hackney Wick or Stepney Green instead and you will be home first.
Thinking bigger than this one?
The same maths runs a lot further than you would expect. A Grand Prix in Las Vegas, a Sunday at the Raiders or WrestleMania weekend costs less than most people assume once the flight is the only unusual line — and we have costed all of them, flights and ESTA included, from real trips rather than research.
