Getting there
- Warrington Bank Quay is the station to aim for, with official shuttles running to the site. Trains from London take about two hours and from Manchester about twenty minutes.
- Driving is viable and there is official parking, but the queue off the site on Monday morning is long and slow. If you are camping, the coach packages sold with the ticket are usually the least painful option.
- Manchester Airport is half an hour away, which makes this one of the few UK festivals that works as a fly-in weekend from Europe or Scotland.
Where to stay
Shared by every event in this building. Which tier is worth it changes with the event — a fight weekend and a Sunday league game price the same room very differently — but the geography does not.
On site
Camping, gold or standard
The festival is a camping festival and most of the atmosphere is in the campsite. Gold gets you better showers and a shorter walk, which matters more by Sunday than you expect.

Warrington hotels
A bed, a shower and a shuttle. Books out early because everyone has the same idea by their second Creamfields.
Make a city weekend
Manchester or Liverpool
Both are inside forty minutes, both have far more hotel stock, and both give you somewhere to recover on the Monday.
Make a trip of it
There is no 'other days' here in the usual sense -- the site is the weekend. If you are staying in Manchester or Liverpool either side, both cities are worth a day at each end rather than a straight in-and-out.
